Welcome to Global Consulting's Business Excellence Snapshot. The BE Snapshot provides a preliminary overview of the status of your business relative to the EFQM Business Excellence Model'. This survey should ideally be conducted after you have done an analysis of the Business Excellence criteria with your team, using the downloadable document provided.
In selecting your response to each question, consider both the 'approach' used to each element in your organization, and the extent of 'deployment': in others words, have you the right approach, and has it been implemented effectively.
On completion of the BE Snapshot, you will be sent a 15 page report with your results and rating according to the EFQM scoring model.
