Do you have a short anecdote about test results, campaign lessons or other insights you gained in 2010 for our latest Wisdom Report? The ninth annual version of this report will be distributed for free in January to all MarketingSherpa readers. It will compile about 100 of the best lessons from you and your peers.

Here’s how it works if you’ve never shared your wisdom before. Your quote – a mini-story in your own words – must be based on a real-life experience. A few suggestions for your entry:

  • How you coped with the recession and limited resources to execute your 2010 marketing strategy
  • A test campaign that worked better (or worse) than anticipated
  • Lessons you learned about a specific tactic, such as social media marketing, lead scoring, email autoresponders, etc.
  • Career stories – everything from hiring to budgeting to dealing with office politics

Make your submission as short or long as necessary. Include your name and your company’s URL for attribution, or you may even submit anonymously.
