Tell us about your customer service experience at E-Z Pass.
Workers at the Staten Island E-Z Pass call center have been forced into a new pay structure that pays them per call, rather than for timed work. Xerox, who owns the call center, has instructed its employees to rush customers off the phone, rather than handle all of a customer's issues at once, and sometimes not even offer customer support in Spanish.
Have you experienced decreased and rushed service quality at E-Z Pass either on the phone or in the mail? Tell us below.
