Celebrity workout routines to prepare for Superhero roles (Ryan Reynolds in Blade, Gerard Butler in 300, etc.)
Informational posts that call for discussion (is Diet Coke bad for you, should you run barefoot, etc.).
I enjoy the variety, and like reading about all aspects of fitness

(if you've been reading the site for a while) what keeps you coming back? Essentially, I want to know what I'm doing right so I make sure I keep doing it!
